My name is Amber Dorais, and I’m the owner of Bee Fresh Housekeeping here in Nelson, BC.

I started this business in 2021 after moving here with my three children, with a vision of building something meaningful, not just for myself, but for the families and businesses I serve.
The Story Behind Bee Fresh
The inspiration for Bee Fresh came from a very real place in my life. While pregnant with my third child, working two jobs, and raising two little ones, I found myself completely overwhelmed trying to keep up with my home. For the sake of my sanity, I hired professional cleaners—and I will never forget how it felt walking through my door that first time.

It felt like Christmas morning.

My home was spotless, but more than that, I felt relief. I felt lighter. I could finally relax and be fully present with my kids. That feeling stayed with me every single time and it became the foundation of Bee Fresh.

Today, that same feeling is what we aim to deliver in every space we clean.

What started as a residential cleaning service has grown into a trusted, professional company offering premium home cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and commercial cleaning for local businesses. From maintaining busy family homes, to transforming newly built or renovated spaces, to keeping workplaces clean, polished, and welcoming, we take pride in delivering detailed, high-quality results every time.
